These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between Noble Kid Nexpo LLP (hereinafter — "Operator") and users of the website https://noble-kid.com and the messaging channels of Noble Kid Preschool (WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct, Telegram).

By using the website or contacting us via messengers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What We Offer

https://noble-kid.com is the informational website of Noble Kid Preschool, a private kindergarten in Astana, Kazakhstan. Through the website and our messaging channels you can:

• Learn about programs, schedules, pricing, and conditions
• Book a visit to the preschool
• Submit a preliminary enrollment inquiry
• Get information about Summer Camp and other seasonal programs
• Receive answers to common questions via our AI assistant

The website and messaging bots are not a platform for online payment, contract execution, or finalizing enrollment. Such actions take place during in-person visits.

2. Use of the AI Assistant

When you message us, initial replies are generated by an AI assistant (powered by Claude and GPT language models). You agree that:

• Your messages are transmitted to AI providers to generate a reply (see Privacy Policy).
• The AI assistant may make mistakes or fail to answer complex or non-standard questions.
• Responses from the AI assistant are not legally binding offers. Final terms are defined in the contract executed during your in-person visit.
• You can request a human at any time by writing "operator", "manager", or "human".

We strive for the AI assistant to provide accurate and helpful information but do not guarantee its absolute correctness. When in doubt, verify with a manager in person.

3. User Obligations

1. Provide accurate information about yourself (real name, phone, child's age).
2. Not use the service for illegal purposes, fraud, spam, or harassment.
3. Not attempt to interfere with service operation (hacking, overload, bypassing protections is prohibited).
4. Not impersonate another person.
5. Not transmit malicious content (viruses, phishing links, illegal materials).

We reserve the right to block access to our communication channels without explanation in case of violations.

4. Information Accuracy

• Prices, schedules, programs may change.
• Final terms are fixed in a contract with the parent/legal guardian upon enrollment.
• We are not liable for outdated information that has not been updated in time.

Always verify details with a manager in person before making enrollment decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All website materials (text, images, design, logos, branding) are owned by Noble Kid Nexpo LLP or used by us under valid licenses.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website materials for commercial purposes without written consent from the Operator.
• Quoting texts with attribution to https://noble-kid.com is permitted.
• Use of the Noble Kid Preschool logo requires written permission.

6. Liability

• The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.
• We are not liable for technical failures, temporary unavailability of the website, or messaging delays (including failures on the side of Meta Platforms, Anthropic, OpenAI, Telegram).
• We are not liable for decisions made based on website information or AI assistant responses without in-person consultation with a manager.
• Maximum liability for any claims related to use of the website and AI assistant is limited to the value of services actually rendered to the user under an active contract (if any).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes shall be resolved in courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Operator's location.

9. Discontinuation of Use

• Block our contact in the messenger
• Unsubscribe from any subscriptions
• Request data deletion via /data-deletion

We may terminate interaction with users who violate these Terms.
