2.2. Information you share during the conversation
Through dialogue with our AI assistant or human manager, you may voluntarily share child's name and age, parent's name, contact phone or email, inquiry purpose, and any other information you choose to provide.
We do not request medical records, identity documents, or other sensitive data through messengers. If you provide such information voluntarily, it will be processed under the same terms.
2.3. Data collected automatically on the website

anonymized: IP address, browser/OS type, referrer, pages viewed, time
on site. Collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel; does not
personally identify you.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your inquiries about programs, schedules, conditions, and pricing.
- Booking visits, programs, or Summer Camp.
- Forwarding your inquiry to our CRM system (Kommo) for manager follow-up.
- Communicating with you through the same channel you contacted us on.

4. AI Assistant Disclosure (Important)
Initial responses to inquiries via WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct, and Telegram are provided by an AI assistant powered by Claude (Anthropic PBC) and GPT (OpenAI Inc.) language models.
- By initiating a conversation, you consent to AI-generated responses.
- The content of your message is transmitted to Anthropic PBC and/or OpenAI Inc. to generate a reply.
- The AI operates in lead-qualification mode and escalates complex cases to a human.
- You can request human contact by writing "operator", "manager", or "human".
- The AI never makes final admission decisions — those are made by a manager after a personal meeting.
