Method 1 — Via Messenger (recommended, fastest)
Send any of our channels a message containing:
"DELETE MY DATA" or "УДАЛИТЬ МОИ ДАННЫЕ"

Your request will be registered automatically and processed within 30 calendar days. You will receive confirmation upon completion.
Method 2 — Via Email
Email bigozhina.assemgul@noble-kid.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include:
- Your name or your child's name as it appeared in the conversation.
- The channel through which you contacted us (WhatsApp / Instagram / Telegram).
- Channel identifier (your phone number, Telegram or Instagram username).
We will reply within 7 business days with confirmation and complete deletion within 30 calendar days.
Method 3 — Via Postal Mail

What Will Be Deleted
Upon completion of your request:
- All conversation content from WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Telegram
- Lead record in our CRM system (Kommo)
- AI processing logs of your messages
- Conversation metadata
What cannot be deleted immediately
- Backup copies (automatically purged within 90 days)
- Anonymized analytics (does not contain personal data)
- Data on Meta Platforms' side (WhatsApp/Instagram) — deleted per Meta's own retention policy
- Data required by Kazakhstan law (e.g., accounting records if a contract has been executed)
FAQ
Q: Can I delete only part of the data (e.g., only the child's
name)?
A: Yes. Specify which data you want deleted in your request.
Q: How do I prove the request comes from me, not someone
else?
A: A request from the same channel where the conversation took place
is auto-verified. For email or postal requests, we may contact you for
additional confirmation.
Q: What if I want to receive a copy of my data instead of
deleting?
A: Use the same methods with the wording "Request for a copy of my
data". We will send a JSON or CSV export within 30 days.
Q: Can I cancel my deletion request?
A: Yes, within the first 7 days of submission. After that, data may
already be deleted.
